 Physical therapy involves the interaction between physical therapist (PT), patients/clients, other health professionals, families, care givers, and communities in a process where movement potential is assessed and goals are agreed upon, using knowledge and skills unique to physical therapists. 

 Many procedures are used by chiropractors for treating the spine, other joints and tissues, and general health issues. We combine  spinal manipulation with physical therapy modalities, massage therapy treatments  and rehabilitative exercises to help their patients recover from an injury and reach optimum health faster. 

 Exercises are included in rehabilitation programs to ensure the injury site returns to a fully functional state and/or to ensure that the original cause of the injury is eliminated. 

 Targeted Case Managers coordinate services through working with the client and all providers in a team approach to offer a comprehensive network of support that is efficient and effective in attaining desired goals to achieve proper Mental health.
